Day 7: Team Gong works their butts off!

Team Gong put in a really good session (despite their complaining!) practicing a dynamic balancing pose with partners that worked the whole body, got the heart rate up, and required focus.

The 6 am Springer Team had a session of arm poses both stretching and strengthening through shoulders and chest. They also practiced HA/ HA breath to stimulate internally and release the diaphragm.
