Based on the yoga principles of mind and body connection, the bootcamp is at 6 am, running for three weeks. It is a set fitness, stretch and strength programme that suits even those of you who are new to yoga. 11 session in all, we hope you would be able to attend at least two each week for maximum benefit. $150 all inclusive.
